Fran is a social worker who decided she liked computers. She has her Masters in Social Work and uses it to help keep everybody communicating in a positive way. She is so good at fostering communication she does it while working offsite in New Orleans. For the past 6 years she has used her social work skills to manage large technology projects while keeping open lines of communication with a large number of stakeholders. Those projects cross the spectrum from hardware purchasing to software functional design, along with a lot of experience in facilitating challenging groups to arrive at the right solutions.
